HOW DO I INSTALL THIS KIT?
These reinforced extended strut fork replace the factory clevis at the bottom of your strut. Installation is as simple as removing the lower strut bolt, loosening the strut clamp bolt, sliding your factory forks out, and replacing them with these new stronger, longer units.
ARE THE SPACERS COATED?
Yes, the spacers are Teflon Coated and will never lose its finish. Anodized aluminum kits will change color over time. Painted or powder coated steel chips and takes out chunks of the finish. However, Teflon resists all of the elements plus gives you a hard coating that is scratch resistant and will last forever.
WHY AM I LIFTING MY VEHICLE HIGHER IN THE FRONT?
Factory vehicles are normally lower in the front in order to compensate for potential weight capacity in the rear. This kit reduces the height gap between the front and rear to level your vehicle allowing for a more proportional look to your truck.
