Q：Wrong-I bought the 3" spacers but it measures only around 2, does it lift 3?
A：Yes, i also confused about the thickness, but really lift my truck near 3",it seems something like: it changes the geometry of the control arms, steepening the angle of it, and that will account for the additional lift. So you will see a 3" lift
Q：Does it binds my CV joints?
A：It changes the angle but that's all, only feel a little stiffer, no more problems after 1year
Q：Does it go over the shock mount?
A：It bolt right on top of your strut assembly. Just take off the three nuts off where it bolts to your frame under the hood and loosen the bottom. Then swing the top out under the fender well and bolt the spacer on top o. not take the top plate off the spring
