    ! I’m offering a fine example of quality PATENT IRONSTONE made by MASON’S of ENGLAND. This is a HANDLED PITCHER or JUG in the colorful floral Asian/Oriental pattern CHINESE PEONY. Delicate design motif appears on both sides. Lion head at top of handle. Handle intact, secure, attached. This is OCTAGONAL in shape (8 sided). High glaze finish. Clean. VERY GOOD, preowned, used condition. No chips, cracks, breaks, hairlines or restorations noted. Spout intact. Hallmarked appropriately on underside of base (photo). Circa 1920’s.
