vtg 1987 Jerry Garcia on Broadway Lunt-Fontanne Poster Grateful Dead as is 1st p

I have several Grateful Dead and Dead related posters that were displayed in a deadhead's garage, so they are all in fair/used condition and I'm selling them as is.
This original Jerry poster is a 1st printing and measures 16" by 24".
I'm selling it as found, it has pinholes, some dirt spots and wear around the edges.
the back is dirty. Please see photos.
